First Course
Alaskan King Crab Bisque
Meursault, Cote de Beaune, Louis Latour, 2003 (WS 90)
With brilliant clarity this straw-colored wine has a clean nose of honey and vanilla.  It is
ample and round in the mouth with those vanilla flavors being echoed yet complimented
with oaky notes. This is a fine wine whose taste lasts beautifully in the mouth.

Second Course
Tuna Tartare with Black Pepper Papadoms and Wasabi Crème Fraiche
Montagny Premier Cru, Cote Chalonnaise, Louis Latour, 2003 (WE 90)
A wine with a lovely golden robe and greenish highlights. This wine reveals spicy aromas of fennel,
as well as more citric ones of lemon, and ripe fruit ones of apricot. Once on the palate we can admire
its great balance between fatness and acidity. Perfect! Great length on the palate, this wine will age wonderfully.

Third Course

Crispy cracklin' duck breast with onion jam, foie gras,
tangerine honey and pomegranate chutney
Chambolle-Musigny, Cote de Nuits, Louis Latour, 2003 (WS 90)
Deep garnet in color this Côte-de-Nuits classic has a very distinct bouquet of spiced fruits,
leather and cedar wood aromas. On tasting, a wine with soft tannins and impressive fleshy
structure is revealed, it is mellow and smooth with hints of cherry and promises to be a wine
to be cellared for some considerable time.

Fourth Course
Braised Short Rib with Roasted Cippolini Onions, Pancetta Potato Hash
and Shoestring Zucchini Nest

Magnificat is a hand-selected blend of the vintage's finest lots of fruit. Every year, winemaker Janet Myers
tastes hundreds of barrel samples to craft Magnificat, a wine as seamless and harmonious as the Bach

Malmsey is the sweetest wine made from the Malvasia grape. From the southern slopes of Madeira
island, aged in French oak casks for ten years, this is a fine luscious wine, full and smooth on the
palate
